never flying usairways again. they made my husband and me miss our flight, and are doing nothing to make it up to us. we'll get home at midnight tonight instead of 5pm. my husband will have to go to the hospital and give the best patient care possible -- as always -- but after only 3-4 hours of sleep. i will waste a whole day today trying to get home when it should have taken a couple hours. i could have been visiting my lonely mother in her nursing home all day instead of leaving her this morning if i had but known. if ANY of the multiple usairways people we had talked to (in person, on the phone, via email) had done anything to make it up to us i might not be so annoyed... but they are entirely unsympathetic and have done nothing.
